想办法 在其他预控上 使用 NTDSUTIL 把主机角色都抓过来！
然后查看 netdom query fsmo
再回到 出问题的预控上，敲下面的命令重启恢复即可！
bcdedit /set safeboot dsrepair
bcdedit /deletevalue safebootshutdown -t 01 -rAfterwards it should reboot in normal mode.
